This course examines research approaches and techniques used in medical nutrition research in a variety of settings:   basic and laboratory investigation; nutritional epidemiology; population and individualized clinical research trials; population-based nutrition promotion or educational campaigns; and community nutrition interventions and programs.   Krall , 4 cr, 1 st sem.
